Attic Salt's editor is Amy Cavanaugh, a Chicago-based freelance writer and editor who covers restaurants and the arts for a variety of publications. She got her start reviewing books while earning an M.A. in literature from the University of Maryland, where she concentrated on 19th-century transatlantic literature and read an awful lot of Emily Dickinson.
